A Legacy of Excellence
Albany Eye Associates was founded in 1969 by physicians who believed that exceptional eye care and genuine compassion for patients were inseparable. Their commitment to quality, integrity, and community shaped the practice that continues to serve the Capital Region today. We are proud to honor their lasting contributions.
Dr. Aaron Kassoff, M.D.
Board-Certified Ophthalmologist — Retired Founding Physician
Dr. Aaron Kassoff devoted decades of his career to building Albany Eye Associates into one of the Capital Region's most trusted ophthalmology practices. His dedication to clinical excellence, combined with a deep commitment to patient-centered care, set the standard that the practice upholds to this day. Under his leadership, the practice grew from a small office into a full-service ophthalmology center offering comprehensive medical and surgical eye care.
Dr. Kassoff conducted foundational clinical studies in diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration and mentored generations of young physicians.
Dr. Kristina Lynch-Guyette, M.D.
