Dr. Aaron Kassoff, M.D.

Board-Certified Ophthalmologist — Retired Founding Physician

Dr. Aaron Kassoff devoted decades of his career to building Albany Eye Associates into one of the Capital Region's most trusted ophthalmology practices. His dedication to clinical excellence, combined with a deep commitment to patient-centered care, set the standard that the practice upholds to this day. Under his leadership, the practice grew from a small office into a full-service ophthalmology center offering comprehensive medical and surgical eye care.

Dr. Kassoff conducted foundational clinical studies in diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration and mentored generations of young physicians.

Dr. Patricia A. Eretto, M.D.

Board-Certified Ophthalmologist — Retired Physician

Dr. Patricia A. Eretto was an integral force in building Albany Eye Associates from the ground up. Her warmth, professionalism, and tireless dedication to her patients earned her deep respect throughout the Albany medical community. She played a central role in developing the practice's clinical protocols and in establishing the high standard of patient communication that continues to define every visit.

Dr. Kristina Lynch-Guyette, M.D.

Board-Certified Ophthalmologist — Retiring Physician

Dr. Kristina Lynch-Guyette was a partner at Albany Eye Associates for over 25 years, bringing expertise, dedication, and a deep connection to the Capital Region community. A Niskayuna native, she was actively involved in the community throughout her career and believed strongly in thorough eye exams as a tool not only for preserving vision, but for detecting systemic diseases early.
