The Patient Portal gives you secure, online access to portions of your medical records and allows you to communicate with our practice through an encrypted internet connection. It's a convenient way to stay connected with your care team without a phone call.

How is the Patient Portal Secure?

How Do I Sign Up?

What you need

  • A computer or device with internet access
  • An up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  • An email address

You must already be an established patient at Albany Eye Associates. To get started, contact our office to receive your activation code — then use it to set up your account credentials on the portal.
